                  Vegetables?! No way!!

                 Children usually say that. Well even teenagers when they saw vegetables for meals. The question is why?

                  Well, vegetables comes in different kinds, shapes, colors, sizes, and textures. Some are big, some are small. Some are green, some were violet or yellow. And also some are tasty but some are also bitter. And also many vegetables have no good appearances because there are some vegetables that are not pleasant to our eyes because of their look. There are some vegetables that their texture were so rough and wrinkled. Some also have a hairy appearance that made us NO! But even though it is not pleasant  in our eyes to see their outlooks, vegetables are one of the most important meal in our life because they contain most of the vitamins and minerals that our body needs. But children now and some teenagers hate vegetables. Why?

                   Well, children and also teenagers preferred to eat meats. Yes, meats contain proteins that our body also need but proteins are not enough for the needs of our bodies. Our body needs also  the vitamins and minerals which come from vegetables  to complete the supply needs  of our body.

                     So, start the vegetable habit now! Not tomorrow but today! Yes to veggies!

Dear President,

                      First of all, I want to greet you and your family a pleasant day. And also i want to congratulate you for being a responsible leader in our country.

                      For almost two years of leading our country, you had done many things in making our country more progressive. When you had your SONA when you were declared as the President of the Philippines, you stated the word ''PAGBABAGO'' or in English, a change. A change for a more progressive country, a change for a better country. But as days and months passed by, there were some hindrances that affects the change, affects the betterment of our country.

                      One was the case of our former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. She was accused by her case about Electoral Sabotage. But because of her sickness, she wasn't able to be imprisoned. Second was the latest Impeachment Trial of our Chief Justice Renato Corona who was not honest to the court. So, at the end he failed to win. Always remember that Justice always win.

                       There are many hindrances that affects the change that thirst to have it but these are just some of it. We know you are doing your best just to have a change for our country. So. our dear President , we are here to support you, to help you make the dream a reality.
